Actually this is not a mod. This came from my own NBA2k19 file from my Steam account. If you are offline user. Place this roseter in your Steam Folder.
How to get to your steam folder?
User>Public>Public documents>Steam>841370
Just copy and paste the file inside my local and remote folder overwrite your existing file.
